I am a beginner in vc++. I need to save an image in png format. I have a bitmap handle. I need to convert it into a *.png image and save. I dont have the desktop support. ie. the application run under Local System account (SYSTEM).

How can I achieve this? I tried with DevIL, but the image creation failed when run under Local System account.
