I am VB.net programmer. I want to design an application which will transfer messages or pictures to all mobile devices in the room for advertising purpose.
I am searching and found that I need to use OBEX transfer, but I am not sure thatwill it support All mobile phones or not?? Also I need to know can I transfer files to multiple bluetooth devices at a time or not??
