I want to do an application which can capture data from webpage or web browser and store it in database. But i dont know how to capture. Please help

You can use a HTTP Request, or you can see if a web service exists to provide you with the data. The stock exchange surely has such a thing, and an XML feed is far more reliable to parse than random text.

Use HttpRequest and HttpResponse classes in System.Web namespace to fetch the website data.
