I was wondering if anyone here knows how to accomplish an adRotator that would look like IBM''s site? http://www.ibm.com/us/en/


Their banner rotates very smoothly having 2 images (transparent foreground and background images). Also, both images moves at different rate.

I''ve tried to create a banner using .Net adRotator and the closest I''ve came is display here.

Please let me know if there a convenient way to accomplish the same effect as seen on IBM''s page.
