I have a question about RAS error code 679.

Currently I''m using Telit UC864E modem & network service provider is KT and Platform is WINCE 5.0.

I''m using ''DATA Call'' to upload barcode scan data to server computer. And intermittently RAS connection fail and error code is 679(cannot detect carrier).
But that time i can make voice call by another device in same area.

So anyone has idea to find root cause of network problem?

You may not have permission to make data calls on your subscription at KT ?
Or perhaps the Telit UC864E modem is not configured correct the service provider?
