I am working for a family member and was asked to create an external hard drive that mirrors the Sharepoint site that their company keeps all of the files on. The process for doing this would require me to spend countless hours downloading each individual file and creating the folders over again.

So my question is: Is there a way to download everything from the site at once? Or even just a folder instead of individual files? I did find this code here, but I have no idea what to do with just a code. I know nothing about programming. If there is anybody who could possibly help, it would be much appreciated!

It is a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site, if that helps.

There is nothing out of the box that will copy all files and folders from a SharePoint site to an external hard drive. It will require coding if there is a valid reason for it.
