i want to allow user to pronounce a sentence, then save the frequencies and plot the graph for same... how can we implement it?

Try this library here: Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives 7.0 [^]. There should be a C# wrapper available and you can use it for FFT[^] Analysis to separate the frequencies in your signal.
