hello everybody ,

im going to do project for Picture Library Backup. i.e. People save the pictures on their computer.Its an windows application. So that MSI installer have to be installed in users computer. Picture Library Backup will keep track of which pictures have been backed up. This means you can make new backup disks that only contain new pictures.

By making use of this application you won’t have to worry about hard disk failures. Moving pictures to a new computer or paying for online storage.

goal : backup their pictures.

I think before you go any further, you need to sit down and do some design.

Think about what you want to achieve, and the resources you will need to achieve that.
Now think about the physical resources you have available, and how you will need to change them in order to succeed.

Then, think of what the user needs to do to use your service.

Then start working out what you have to provide to the user so that he can do it.

Then you can start designing your application, and deciding on Winforms/WPF

Why just picture is you can and protect arbitrary set of files in this way?
