I''m looking for a program - kind of a message gateway.
I have local network with many applications.. Some of them can send emails or sms. So I want a separate program or system - kind of message gateway. This gateway has to share functions (send sms, send e-mail etc.) to my other applications in the Intranet. I don't want to implement sending functions in every app dircetly. I want implenet this once and share, so every application in my network will use them. In such a situation, I can be sure that each outgoing message from my network (send by any app) will go through the gate.
Do you know such a program? Is there a program already to buy? .. or at least a similar program?

I reckon you are looking for some kind of WCF proxy service that will route other WCF services running inside the network to the outside world.
But why go for all that? Why not just run your services on a machine that has access to the outside network? That would be a far simpler solution for your scenario.
