We are working on a role based web application where we define the roles for different users. It works fine but I want to show a single URL throughout the application for each user who has different roles.

Changing the URL is kinda pointless, because the user isn''t concentrating on that - he''s concentrating on the page he''s looking at. If you want to somehow indicate the user''s role, use the master page to reflect that info. If you insist on modifying the URL, then "url rewriting" *IS* what it''s called, and that''s what you need to look up pon your google search.

Hi,

I think you need to define one IFRAME on your page and set the src attribute of your .aspx page it will display only same URL in address bar but it will display dynamic page according to your logic.
