There may be another ways for me to do what I need. Please someone gives me an idea.

What I need is: When we come to any row in gridview, the last column must be a button and when we hit it, the file related with the button should start to be downloaded by the user. I have the url ( //10.x.x.x/folder/file) of the related column, because I calculated this with a logic. My only need is to go that url when the button is clicked.
I can use any kind of buttons.
