I want to show image in a gridview and if i move mouse cursor on the image than image is zoom. and if i click on the image than image is open in a new window and the size of image is 1024*800. And all the image are stored in a database.

I hope you know, what you are asking is going to happen client side. Right? If you don''t then, yes it''s a client side feature. Web is full of image zoom scripts. Pick one and implement it.
