我已经创建了Windows服务，并且已经在站客户端的服务器中安装了该服务，我只有.net Framework 4.0版本，如何在没有Microsoft命令提示符的情况下安装Windows服务，我可以使用正常的命令提示符进行操作吗?

I have creatd a Windows Service and i have install that in the server in the station client i have only .net framework 4.0 version how to install the windows service in the without microsoft command prompt can i do it with notmal command prompt
