In visual studio you have "Resource View" window.
There you will .rc files.

Open you dialog box .rc file.
Watch the properties..

Select the View->Other Windows->Resource View menu item (or just use the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+E).
In the Resource View window expand nodes until you find the intended dialog.
