The problem I am having is when I run the setup wizard to create a setup.

In the build of the setup I get a popup that states:

The following files may have dependencies that cannot be determined automatically. Please confirm that all dependencies have been added to the project. C:\winnt\system32\msxml6.dll

Then when I run the setup program I get

Try Dependancy Walker http://www.dependencywalker.com/ to track missing dependecies. In case nothing is missing, try omitting the msxml6.dll
