Whatever you have learnt in last 7 months, concentrate on that and make sure your basics are strong.
.NET Framework and langauge (C# or VB.NET whatever you started).

Rest, there are no specific topics or questions as such. You are a fresher and one just expects a good aptitude, quick learner, dedication and confidence.

Further, couple of interviews in itself will tell you what all you should know and you are weak in. :)
