In addition to using Reflector or Ildasm: maybe your purpose is only to learn about the assembly from the standpoint of its user. In this case, simply use Visual Studio: Add reference to any project (Use Add Reference -> Browse) and click on the new Reference node: it will give you the Browser to see everything which is public; it will also show XML help it it is available.
