I am doing my project in Web Services. When a web service fails, the system should look up for suitable web services in the registry by comparing the WSDL documents and substitute it for the failed web service.

Could someone help me how to extract the WSDL documents of Web services using .NET or Java? I had been surfing the net for the past one month and could not find a proper solution yet. My review dates are round the corner. Please help me!!! :((
