Amusing, when I google your question, I find the answer amongst the places you''ve spammed over the web with your question. Telerik sells one. That tells you a couple of things:

1 - there''s not one built in to ASP.NET
2 - HTML has no support for such a thing, it needs to be created with javascript

so, no-one is going to give you a forum reply that is going to put Telerik out of business. Buy their control, or if you can''t, then either learn to write one, or keep googling to see if someone else has put one in a cheaper or free library.
