我正在开发一个mlm网站.在这一个人的陪同下，我只能推荐三个人.我想为此做一棵树.请帮帮我.
我也想在数据库中插入值，我有一个包含左，中，右的下拉列表.如果我选择向左，则用户的详细信息将进入数据库，再次我选择中，则针对垂直赞助商的行将被更新:
我的赞助人表格是:

RefId(FK)int notnull;
LeftUserId int null;
MiddleUserId int null;
RightUserId int null;

Hi All,
I am developing a mlm website. in this one person can refer only three person under their id i want to make a tree for this please help me..
also i want to insert value in the databse i have a dropdown list containing left ,middle,right. if i select left then the details of the user will go in the database, again i select middle then the row for perticular sponsor will be updated :
my sponser table is :

Your table structure does not look suitable for what you are trying.

Try reading up on database design and how to represent real world concepts in a DB. Once you do that, and have a working design, you can tackle the front end part.
