Judging by your earlier reply to much the same question (also posted by yourself)

The best thing to do is:
1) Get a book, or a course on PHP.
2) Follow it.

It will give you small projects, increasing in complexity, until you have learnt the language.

BTW: Do not reply to people with an answer - use the "Add Comment" at teh bottom of the reply instead. That way, they are sent an email to let them know. An answer only emails you! (I have moved your answer to a comment in your previous question)
