我正在用mysql数据库做一个基于Windows的应用程序.在构建过程中没有发生错误.但是在运行时，错误显示在项目的页面之一中，如下所示

找不到适合于指定区域性或中性区域性的任何资源.确保在编译时已将"DMS.Properties.Resources.resources"正确地嵌入或链接到程序集"DMS"中，或者确保所需的所有附属程序集都可装入并且已完全签名.

Hi all,
I am doing a windows based application with mysql database. There is no error occurs during building.But at the runtime an error shows as below in one of the page in the project

Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "DMS.Properties.Resources.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "DMS" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.
