我想创建一个聊天应用程序，以便管理员可以与任何用户聊天，而用户不能与该用户聊天.用户只能与管理员聊天.


一个用户(X)发送的消息，另一用户(y)无法看到，但管理员可以看到.
和
管理员向一个用户(X)发送该消息，而其他用户(xyz)无法看到该消息.

我可以在WCF服务中创建这样的体系结构吗?如果是，那么如何?

Hello Friends,
I want to create a Chat Application in such a way that Admin can chat any user and user can''t chat with the user. user can chat with only Admin.


The message send by one user(X) that can''t see by other user(y) but can see by admin.
and
The Admin send message to one user(X) that message can not see by other users(xyz).

Can I create such architecture in WCF services. if yes then How ?
