我通过ODBC驱动程序连接数据库.我必须使用Visual Studio 2008和MSSQLSERVER 2008 R2.

Hi to all,
First I have to check particular database are exist or not? If not then I have to create database by coding and create some tables in this database.
I connect the database through ODBC driver. I have to use visual studio 2008 and MSSQLSERVER 2008 R2.
