i want convert voice to text to show it in a balloon
i tried two way to convert the voice but its doesn''t work

Huh... You might be asking a bit too much. Teams of professionals have been working on speech-recognition systems for many, many years, yet the results are somewhat beyond expectations.

If I had a source code of such program, I wouldn''t give it to anyone (including you), I would sell it... :)
