I am developing a project for playing a flash file. When I publish the project, the resource files are added correctly but when I use setup that time the resource files are not coping how can I create a set up including the resources?

Easiest way to do this is to create a folder in the project, add the resource files there, then add them to your project as an existing file. On each file go to properties and click "Copy Local" it will ensure they exist in future setups.
