hello, This is Vikash Gohil.

I have a ASP.net application which uses crystal reports and prints reports using PrintToPrinter Option.

Application works fine at our office and prints reports properly.

But when installed on client place, the problem is that on printing the report, print command is added to print queue but printing does not start.

Then when we restart PC, printing automatically starts and prints the reports in the queue.

This does not happen when printing Word/Excel files from web server.

Rights and permissions are all properly set, Printer is a network printer and is also added on server.

Can anyone help me in this issue. Why is the document just added to print queue and not printed. Printing starts only after restarting the PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
