I have the following talbes:

tblDevice, tblIssue, tblSpecificIssue.

I want to display the data as follows:

Specific Issue

The issue I have is that there are multiple device and I do not know how
to show the Specific Issue in a hierchial manner.

Example:

Bios failed to start when turning the device on

Cache Error
Cache was not possible
