I have write a tip/trick in my profile, but this status showing as pending, and also it''s not visible from my friend profile, how to make it public.

Status pending means that it is submitted with Code Project and under review. If they(or Mentors around) find it fit to be published then it will be published. Once published it will be visible to others.

If there would be something missing (like content or formatting), then you would be asked/suggested to make those changes such that it is more complete and helpful to others.

Give some time, and it will be done.
