Start programming something - it will come...

Programming is probably a little like swimming or driving a car. Once you learn how to do it, you should always be able to return to it despite long breaks away from it. Initially you may feel a little over awed by all the changes in frameworks and technologies, but a few weeks of working on some demo applications should be a good way to quickly get back into programming rhythm.

So what makes you think anything has radically changed since you last wrote a C# program? Pretty much all the stuff you knew is still valid. This question really isn''t approproate in Quests/Answers and should be posted the apprpriate forum, where a proper discussion can be formed.
