Nobody will guide you Step By Step.........this is your lab work not ours.

First you will need to think about all the objects you are dealing with, e.g. messages, postings, pictures, links etc.

Then think about what operations you need to do with each of those. e.g.
Post, Edit, rotate, like etc.

Build classes for each of those objects, with the required variables, methods etc.

And then link them all through the necessary code and database storage and retrieval.


Until you come back with areas where you are stuck and specific questions, not general ones, then you are pretty much on your own.

Have you search the articles and google for examples of chat applications, social portals etc. i am sure there will be plenty of examples.
