I think the error message is very informative: You can''t write/overwrite the file because it already exists and is locked by another process.

Is it your installation program that fails in copying the file or what?
If so, what installation program are you using? Most programs will aks you to restart the computer if a file is in use so that it can overwrite it. Seems like this is not the case here. You might wan to switch installation program?!?!?

You will need to supply more information on when and why the error arises and what is happening with your installation/program at the time.

If you are reinstalling/updating a program that is already installed and running on the system, then you will probably need to have your installation terminate the program execution before commencing the installation...

i am debugging an application and after stopping debugging when i am again running debugger i am getting this error. :(
