Did you realise, that this area of Codeproject is called Quick Answers? How can your question be quickly and in short be answered?

I suggest, you start with something simple, if you just started to learn PHP, get some books and search for some tutorials, work your way up to something more complicated and whenever you get stuck and have a real problem, you come here, ask your questions, and people will help you.

Asking "please guide me" will lead to nothing at all though.
