I would never do this. Why would you install SQL Server with your Windows Application? Do you have licences to ship it with your application?
Even if your Windows Application requires SQL Server, it should be a prerequisite and not part of application installation.
And btw, if you install your application on n machines, do you plan to install SQL Server with all of them?
