Could you please tell me how to manage a database of a web based application on asp.net that is using database of sql server 2008?

What the web application is doing, is that it''s non-stop(24/7) retrieving the data in a continuous form.

Now could anybody tell me how to take the backup side by side up to date and upto exact time?
