How can I generate a list of stock market codes?

I am trying to query yahoo finance for stock market info, I can retrieve data for a specified code, but how can I get a list of all these codes pragmatically in c#?

My aim is to generate a tree view, containing all stock codes for a given market, so that I can select a company from the list and then query this against yahoo finance for stock info.
