ok..With a crystal report, you have to do it as a separate project and then link it through the report viewer to your application. So rather create a new application and in the project types, select crystal report etc..

when you''re done with all the designing and pooling data from your datasets unto your report etc.

Come back to your existing windows form project and add a crystal report viewer control to the form where you want to display the report, you would then have the option of linking it to the type of report you want (which in this case will be the one you just created)..try to do some external reading on it too..
