I have written a program in the Arabic language and it depends on advanced text service in regional and Language settings in windows.

The customer sets up a new version of net support program(network management program) that is in English but we face a problem.

The net-support program align gets it wrong and there is no option to get it back so the problem I want to solve is how to get the two programs(One Arabic and one English) to run on one machine without any problems

When the UI culture changes you will have to re-align the UI, AFAIK both WPF/Silverlight and ASP.net are better at this than Winforms/MDI.
