I have some executables installed for some application (WRF) on Linux server and so my main task is to create a web service wrapper for each executable that constitutes this application. so where can I find a sample source code to create a web service wrapper for any placeholder executable?
Or can I find any article or any book which can help me out with my this task as I don''t know from where or how I should start this?

First of all, a web service is not an exectuable file. A web service is hoster on a web server. So I''m not sure I understand your question correctly.
