Dear coders,

I need to make a website in Urdu using PHP. But I have no idea how to do this. The website is for an Urdu newspaper. So, the contents will be daily news, sports, showbiz, etc. It will be like http://www.bbc.co.uk/urdu/[^]. Please, help me! I need to save Urdu content in database also. I am using MySQL as DB.

Once you have it, you need to have Urdu MUI installed on the system such that texts are properly visible.
