If by hacker, you mean programmer, do a course. If you mean someone who breaks into online systems, I suggest you apply at the local police station.

First test for hacker school: find it online ;P
Second test: Google kung-fu
Third test: figure out what skills you think a hacker needs and Google them.
Remember, a site shouting hacker get watched or shut down, one with information on packet sniffing or windows internals is just another tech web site.
Being a ''hacker'' is about solving problems, finding correlations between data and behavior, figuring out what the edge cases are and how to exploit them, or fix them. Finding hacking information is the easy part. Understanding how to use it is the hard part.
If you want to be a white hat hacker, you should rethink your career choice.
If you want to be a black hat hacker, go for it, the world needs more bad black hat hackers. :thumbsup:
