I have tried SOX utility, but no use, it does generates the wav file but with too much noise.

now working on text-to-speech SDK v5.1.
I have a hunch that, if somehow i can pass my vox file to the spVoice class and then save it as wav...
but it can be a downright stupid hunch, nevertheless...

anyone with experience in said sdk...?

You seem to be looking for a black box that will magically do the work for you. You may well need to write your own code, and while it doesn''t have to be C or C++, it will almost certainly be complex. Is a vox file compressed, or raw data ?
