How do you creating your file? Can you please post the code, otherwise we have no way of helping you... Mind reading is not included in the VS toolbox :)

Where exactly is this text file create - on the client or on the server?
If it is the server, make sure you have write access to the path where you right the file. Also, check (if you are hardcoding the path) that it exists or not.
