JavaScript is not working my ASP.Net project.

previously it was working.

I enabled the script in IE.

But, is there is any setting in .Net for enabling Javascript.

The easy way to test this is to have a noscript section to your web page and see if that gets rendered out at runtime. If it does not get rendered out then the scripting is enabled and the problem is something else.
