Hi,

I have developed the new website using C#,ASP.NET which is ready for launching after some modifications. The client is reporting that our site will be unsearchable by Google bots if i not use directory pages in it.

I am bit wondering what is directory pages concept and how to work on it. :sigh:

One thing western developers often bring to the table, is a willingness to tell our clients when they are morons. Your client is a moron. You have to add a special text file to STOP google indexing your page. Google stocks would be worthless if google could only search pages that have special pages set up to allow it. Your client probably thinks that you need a page of links to the pages of your site, so that the page gets a higher rating, but I doubt it works that way. EXTERNAL links help your rating.
