I have been assigned a project that involves me to write some code in C# to dial through a voice modem and establish a hands free audio communication from my PC to a telephone line.

tapi was written as unmanaged and it is diffrent than c#
but many command can be converted by using their dll to your c#
it will consume programmer time if he/she decided to work alone
