I building a windows forms application (on XP operating System) that uses SAPI to recognize speech and convert it to text. (Coding in C#). However, the SDK does not recognize many things that are spoken, especially when spoken with an accent. Is there a separate way to train the SDK other than by using the speech training module that comes along with XP? Because the training that comes with XP is insufficient.
Or are there any other SDKs that can be used that recognize accentuated voices also?

There are probably commercial ones you can buy. I thought it was possible to pay to embed the Dragon speech stuff in your own code.
