Dear, I am using Quick Heal antivirous and i develop a application for pendrive that copy all its contents when it is pluged-in. I want to scan pendrive before copy the containts of the pendrive.

Quickly scanning the manual, you have to create a command line scanner. Look at page 44 to see how to create it. Once you have that command line scanner, you just need to know how to call it. Have a look at page 72 for that. Page 73 shows you the different options you can use. Just start a new process and run that.

Next time, you really need to look at the documentation for the program you''re using. It took me about 5 minutes to find all of this without knowing anything about the program.
