I am using crystal report that come with visual studio .net 2003 to develop my application.

The export function works fine, but once i export to pdf format, the font size of report reduced, allignment of text not follow exactly the format of crystal report when i view it directly in crystal report application. Some of the text also cut off.

This is a function of Crystal Reports and AFAIK there is no way to influence what the exporter does.

This is one reason we moved to Reporting Services but even there the export is not perfect.

Maybe you could export to html and then push the HTML to a PDF file instead of going the direct route.
