There is a link on a page [pointing to an EXE file] when the user clicks this link the dialog should only ask for RUN & CANCEL, No SAVE option.. Is this possible?

I have to do this as I have to allow clients to install some liscensed SW but do not want the EXE to be available to them..

The only thing you could do is provide a simple install program that has none of your code, just has a call to run a file from your website. Installing most Microsoft products from the web are this way. You open a small (under 1 MB) file that then downloads all of the files you would need to a temporary folder, runs the install, and then cleans up the files.
